Finding the Theft and Shoplifting Laws in your State.

If you're caught for a offense such as theft, shoplifting, petit larceny, you might very well be required to take a theft class or shoplifting class. But if you do, how do you know what laws apply and what you need to do. Here are some great resources:

    Shoplifting and Theft Prevention classes are designed to meet the needs of those who have been accused of shoplifting. Participants are supportively led to identify and understand the issues (e.g., thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes) that caused them to shoplift.
